Writers Are Not Alone

Sometimes I love to sit in the peace and quiet, other days I enjoy the company of others. As writers we need our quiet moments and stimulating environments.
We also get times when we feel alone, outside of the world and different. I do not deny to being, sometimes a little odd.
The Internet is a wonderful thing for the modern writer, it links us together and shows us we are not alone.
We can call on others to help and that is what I am doing today.

My mentor and author friend wrote a blog with a title that scared me.

I Don't Want To Write Anymore

You will see my comment there about this situation...please do what you all do best and go motivate for me...Thanks!

Louie Jerome has supported, guided and bullied me into writing my novel and I want her to know she is not alone in her struggle at the moment.
Louie has told me snippets of the book she nearly wipe out (thank goodness for data saving devices!). The ideas and the body of the book sound wonderful and I am sure will be worthy of publishing.

We all get times when we wonder if we are kidding ourselves and she is obviously experiencing this at the moment.
Let's show her writer's are not alone.

Last night I wrote the start of another chapter. It was a rape scene and is not due to be in the book for quite sometime.
It startled me as I have been happily writing in order, chapters 1 -19, so why did chapter goodness knows what number, arrive early?
I suppose courage to write it or the visual picture of a woman in a film I watched a long time ago, cleaning herself, must have flared up the ink in my veins and away I trotted, pen and pad in hand to my desk and wrote for two hours.
Another productive day.
