Several things have blocked my writing channels over the last few days, it has put up a few mental barriers. My health and the loss of a friend. She loved my work, she read it with such enthusiasm, Joan will be on my back ensuring I finish my book. If ever I feel I should give up, I will remember her excitement when I told her her was going to try, her questions of how far I had got with my WiP, and her belief in me. Thank You Joan. x

I have been viewing other author websites, and realise I need to go back to basics in certain areas of my written English. I am lucky as my mentor is an Online English Teacher, however it is good for me to search out other sites.
I found Dialogue Punctuation, that is always useful to brush up on.
Free downloadable worksheets have helped me a great deal.
Super Teacher is a great place for work sheets, I was able to put my brain into some sort of order here and realised how much I had forgotten about the basic rules of English.
The Crafty Writer has a free Online Creative Writing Course, it is good to do something different from my daily writing.
We use words every day, when we talk they fall into their natural order. When we write it is not always that simple.

Thanks, these should be a lot of help. These are the kind of sites I look for. I'm always looking to improve my writing. I'll check out each site.
